One project I enjoyed was the creation of the Account Manager Opportunity Tool.  Using the identified opportunity metrics, I worked with our technology team to create a working opportunity tool.   The tool allowed Account Managers to easily see and act on all of these opportunities when speaking with their clients.

Below is an Excel mockup of the summary screen; all of the property names and data are fictional.

Clicking on a property name would take the AM to the detail screen, with more property level and unit level metrics.  The calendar view at bottom would extend out much farther than the mock up shows.

The tool also allowed AMs to log which opportunity types they pitched, so we could measure pre/post revenue impact and focus AM time on the most rewarding activities.
